New Year’s Eve dinner!
As every year the Serafini Family invites you to New Year’s Eve, for which we propose the following menu:
– Rustic puff pastry with leek and bacon on pumpkin flavored with apples and ginger sauce
– Basket of shrimp on a bed of arugula
– Beetroot Gateau with fondue cheese
– Porcini soup with crouton
– Macedonia of marinated trout and avocado
– Blade guard pork with potatoes and peas
– Chunks luck
– Currants Parfait
The price is 100 Euro per person, drinks excluded.
At midnight there will be a show of fireworks on the lake!
